PERAN MAJALAH WARTA PEGADAIAN SEBAGAI MEDIA INFORMASI INTERNAL DI PERUM PEGADAIAN PUSAT
ABSTRACT: This research aims
to find out how much PERUM Pegadaian employees received the information given
by WARTA Pegadaian magazine.while as how the role as the Media Magazine WARTA
Pawnshop Internal Information for Employees PERUM Pegadaian. The method used in
this research is descriptive qualitative method, which describes the facts in
full, factual and systematic. In analyzing the data is done with in-depth
interviews, literature study with books communication, direct observation and
documentation relevant to the problems examined. The key informants in this
study is the Manager of Corporate Communications PERUM Pegadaian, while the
informant as much as 3 (three) employees from PERUM Pegadaian and Other
Business divisions of the Library. The results showed that the magazine has
served as a pawn WARTA media information to employees PERUM Pegadaian, this can
be seen from the distribution of pawnshops WARTA magazine regularly, high
exposure, as well as view the magazine attractiveness. While the contents of
the magazine have been a complete and informative so that adds to increasing
knowledge PERUM Pegadaian employees.
