PENYELENGGARAAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK YANG BERMUTU
Abstract: Along with the
development and improvement of the development standard advancement of social,
economic, and educational, it also wants the community to develop an
institution that can provide a quality service or good quality, and able to
reach by socio-economic capabilities is a natural phenomenon. What is meant by
public service is all service activities undertaken by public service providers
as an effort to fulfill the needs of service recipients as well as the
implementation of the provisions of the legislation and the nature of public
service is the provision of excellent service to the community which is an
embodiment of the apparatus of government obligations as such public servant.
With growing public demands for quality or quality of service the government
functions that provide a service to the community need to be increased
gradually to become more effective and efficient and give satisfaction to the
public. This is the main task of the government against its people that provide
quality services in order to meet the requirements desired by the community.
Carry out public service is not a standard capability for any conditions and challenges.
Therefore, any actor or apparatus required creativity from time to time. No day
without creativity in serving the community. Along the time and the challenges
it faces, someone will be more proficient in doing services to the community,
which eventually created public prima.Pelayanan service quality provided by the
government or the prime is a public service that is based on the best service
standards. If the government has done the best service to the community,
excellent service meets government standards. Excellent service that meets
government standards means the government has to realize the quality of service
that meets community expectations. Thus, the quality of public service here is
a dynamic condition that can result in better service, cheaper and faster and
always running 5 S, namely Senyum (Smile), Salam (Greeting), Sapa (Say Hello),
Santun (Polite) service provided by the government to meet or exceed community
expectations.
