PENGELOLAAN PROGRAM CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PADA SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN
Abstract: In the context of
current development, the company no longer faced with the responsibility which
rests on a purely economic aspects of benefits, namely the value of a company
which is reflected in the financial condition, but must also consider social
and environmental aspects. Companies no longer just economic activity to create
profit for the continuance of its business, but also responsible for social and
environmental aspects. The idea is to rely solely on the financial health does
not guarantee the company can grow in a sustainable (sustainable). Description
of the above problems could threaten the sustainability of CSR programs.
Sustainability is an important element in the realization of CSR programs,
because the aspect of sustainability is a concept that mengerangkai community
development program. In the context of sustainable development, there are
prerequisites, including good governance, a healthy civil society, the
environment is not damaged due to economic activities. Additionally atmosphere
of peace and justice is also a factor creating a program sustainability.
Framework and program management mechanisms that are not based on community
interest led to programs that were created did not represent the needs of the
community. The program is elitist and is intended for the benefit perusahaanan
as well as some interest groups. This gives rise to jealousy and reluctance of
people to participate. Moreover, CSR raises objections to the program. The main
problem that causes this is that the CSR program is not based on the community.
Motive companies realize that the program is not based on a desire to serve the
community and management transaparan not result in the realization of the
program is exclusive. This does not stimulate the emergence of participation.
