Pengaruh Iklim Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Jurnalis TVRI
Abstrak: TVRI as
government-owned broadcasters which have different climates communication than
with other private television in Indonesia. TVRI is an independent public
broadcasting, neutral, non-commercial, and oriented only to the public
interests whilst private television is more oriented to material gain. This
research is to measure the influence of communication climate on the
performance of journalists on TVRI. By using the theory of human relations
climate, researcher is trying to explain the effect of this communication from
86 respondents using qualitative approach with survey methods. The results
showed that the communication climate influence on the performance of
journalists TVRI is truly significant. Thus there is the influence of
communication climate that enhance the performance of journalists.
