Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Penerima Jamkesmas di RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik
Abstract: One of the
Government’s main task is to provide services. Public service is the
fulfillment of the public (society) and to improve the welfare of the
community. These services are including health community services. Every
citizen has the right to good health care. As one of the efforts to reduce
poverty, the government through the Ministry of Health since 2005, making
health insurance program for the poor community. This research meants to find
the costumers quality of health services for a health card recipients at RSUD
Ibnu Sina kabupaten Gresik. Tofind the quality of the health services, this research is used
quality dimension of services which is include ten indicator, tangible,
reliability, responsiveness, competence, courtesy, credibility, security, access,
communication, understanding. The method used in this research is a qualitative
research method with descriptive type. Data collection was done by using
in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Research informants
technique, using key informants further expanding snowball technique. The
process of data analysis was done by grouping the data obtained, and also get a
series of corresponding relationships between the data. While the validity of
the data was tested through triangulation of data sources so that the data
presented is valid data. Based on the results of this study concluded that the
quality of the health care in RSUD Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik, especially for
Jamkesmas patient had been good enough. However, still need more improvements
to make it better. Rooms for the 3rd classes patient are still needed..
