Komunikasi Instruksional Tutor pada Program Pendidikan Kesetaraan Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Argowilis Desa Sokawera Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas

Abstract: Instructional  communication  which  is  run  by  tutor  in  teaching-learning  process  at  Equivalence Education Program of PKBM Argowilis is so important to motivate the spirit of students to remain to  learn  over  there.  In  their  implementation,  many  substantial  problems  came  from  not  only students but tutor too. This research attempts to study interesting side from instructional communication which is run by tutor with situation of students who owning difference of motivation and age. This research covers  instructional  method  and  media  used,  way  of  motivating  students,  and  also  substantial problems that happened in teaching-learning process. This research uses stake case study method (embedded research). Determination of informant conducted with method of purposive sampling.
Data  obtained  through  in  dept  interview,  observation,  and  documentation  which  later  analyzed with  interactive  analysis  method.  To  quarantee  validity  of  data,  the  researcher  uses  source triangulation and theory triangulation.
The results of research express that: 1). Instructional methods which applied by tutor are discussion  method  and  autodidact  method.  2).  Instructional  medias  that  used  are  study  module and blackboard beside other media instructional that used, and media for life skill education. 3). Way  of  motivating  students  still  limited  with  give  the  students  freely  in  learning,  give  the  praise and  with  patient  of  tutor  in  teaching.  4).  Substantial  problem  that  happened  is  the  students  that owning difference of age that causing difference in adding capacity and liveliness of students.
