Abstract: Each society
tend had a
model of leadership
depend on process
of history where
it happen. In Minangkabau
society, there were
interaction between leaderships
and the land of
agricultures. The land
could influence the
role of leadership,
because the land make the role of leader running well as
good as we hope. When the land reduced, made the role of leadership become
nothing.
