KDRT DALAM KONSTITUSI DAN IMPLEMENTASI HUKUM
Abstract: Domestic violence is
one important thing that has become a serious concern by the government in the
reform era, including violence perpetrated by a husband-wife or violence by
parents against children, to be governed by a statute. It is given that domestic
violence is a form of violation of human rights and crimes against humanity, is
also an act of discrimination. Legally
awareness of all parties, both
nationally and internationally has been realized through the facilities of the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination Form for all Againist Women
(CEDAW) since 1979.
