IKLIM KOMUNIKASI DAN KINERJA PIMPINAN BIRO HUMAS PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH

Abstract: This research aimed is to know organizational communication climate situasional in influencing manager element performance of Public Relations office at Central Java Province. This form is basec research, having the character of case study by using methodologies qualitative, location in Central Java Province office, precisely at Jl. Pahlawan No. 9 Semarang, floor 11. Data in this research in the form of empirical data which is on organizational communications process in Central Java Province office. For this research, hence the data of can be grouped into relevant data with organizational communications climate and also leader element performance. At this research technique withdrawal of used sampel between other: Purposive sampling and time sampling, with step record and note result of indepth interview, to look for answer of key question or interviue guide. As for the data analysis of using step between other: Reduction, data descryption, drawing congclution, and verifycation.
After analyse data hence obtained conclusion, that communications climate with indicator; appreciation and support, sincerity in activity process, and also the existence of each other openess between employees in finishing duty. Aspect activity of communications climate have earned to embosom situasional work leader element in this institute. Through that climate hence will influence executions of leader working activity, so that the performance goals of according to indicator, there is tired and do not reach. Pursuant to perception data in research location, at this bureau there are 18 working activity, as for tired working activity is counted 10 working activities, and which not yet reached is counted 8 activity items. According to existing fact working activity constraint which not yet reached, to be caused by budget factor (finansial), Human Resource Development, facilities and basic facilities (appliance), and system of regulasi applying.
