FOTOGRAFI PADA KEMASAN BERITA : KONSTRUKSI EMOSI (Studi Kasus : National Geographic Indonesia (NGI))

ABSTRAK: Photo is a still image. The presenceof photo may develop an interaction to  the  reader  and  that  relates  to  the  emation  of  the  audience.  However,  the existence  of  the  photo  is  dependent  on  the  form  of  the  media  itself  and  also textual  information  that  supports  its  presence.  Photo  in  a  news  package  will always  present  something  which  relates  to  the  news  delivered.  However,  the way to display photo in a news pakage may trigger curriousity of the readers that  finally  will  construct  the  emotion  of  the  audience  in  reading  the  news presented.  One  of  media  recognized  with  photo  in  each  news  published  is National Geographi Indonesia (NGI).
