METODE INTIQA'I DAN INSYA'I SEBUAH SOLUSI PEMBENTUKAN MADZHAB FIQH KONTEMPORER DI INDONESIA
ABSTRACT: Differences in the
method produce Fiqh (Islamic law) is something that naturally happened to the
scholars. Factors that encourage the emergence of differences in this method
among others because of differences in environmental conditions in which the
scholars were located. The method of the existing jurisprudence of law is
almost all produced by the Arab countries that
in fact different environmental conditions with Indonesia. Therefore,
Indonesia actually requires a special method in jurisprudence produces adjusted
to Indonesian conditions. In this case, insyâ’i and intiqâ’i method is very suitable bids to build schools
of jurisprudence in Indonesia.
