KONSEP MASHLAHAH NAJAMUDDIN AL-THUFI DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA
ABSTRACT: It is not enough to
say ar-ruju’ ila al-Qur’an wa as-Sunnah. There are many materials to realize
this motto; one of them is ushul fiqh. Ushul fiqh is a methodological tool to
solve social problem in society based in al-Qur’an wa as-Sunnah. Ushul fiqh is the
science that originally born in Islam. It is develop by the developing the
Islamic Law. Ushul fiqh is producted by specific condition, so it is necessary
to reform it.
