Abstract: Execution of the
Constitutional Court Decision No. 63/PHPU.D-IX/2011 dated June 24, 2011, which
ordered the repeteadly voting (PSU) of thePekanbaru City Head and Deputy Head
of the Pekanbaru City Election can notbe implemented by the Pekanbaru City
Election Commission by reason of lackof funds. On the way because of the
Constitutional Court decision No.63/PHPU.D-IX/2011 dated June 24, 2011 was an
provisional decision, theCourt extended the implementation of the provisional
decision to give a chanceto the Pekanbaru City Election Commission to execute
the provisional decisionof the Constitutional Court no later than 90 days after
the decision waspronounced.
