SARI: Purpose ofthis research
is to know land authorizing pattern byfarmer, reason factors ofuncultivated
land usage is for growing food plants and rights and obligation ofanyparties.
This research uses non doctrinal law research and it is qualitative-descriptive
research, with using primary data and secondary data. Technique ofdata
collecting is qualitative analysis with deductive and inductive
thinkingpattern. Based on the research, itcan be knownthatlandauthorizing
patternin using uncultivated landin the region ofairport isproduction sharing
oftraditional farm land. And the causeofusing uncultivated land for growing
food plant is that society extremely needs the land for growing plant. Right of
land useris to exposure land and land owner has right to receive production sharing. The obligation of land
user is to redelivercultivation land ifthe deadline has come. Andland ownerhas
obligation to deliver cultivationland.
