Abstrac: Ultra petita
argumentation in the Constitutional Court’s verdict shouldexamine in
approaching of legal knowledge and legal theory. Constituonaljudge as an legal
interpreter of the constitution, should not only stressed in lawenforcement,
but also has to search out for the value of justice wich lie insociety. So, the
verdict would be more useful in order to give protection to the constitutional
right of the citizen.
