Peran Ombudsman Dalam Mewujudkan Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Warga Masyarakat
Abstract: The existence of
Ombudsman in Indonesia is a necessity. The Ombudsman's roles are to enhance
legal protection to citizens from malaadministration committed by public
officials or public bodies, and to enhance the accountability of public
officials or public bodies as well. Ombudsman is a complement to other legal
remedies either judicial or non-judicial in protecting citizens from
administrative wrongful acts.
