Hal-hal yang Mempengaruhi Terjadinya Kasus Korupsi Pengadaan Buku Ajar Tahun 2003 di Kota Salatiga dan Penanganannya
Abstract: There are several
factors affecting corruption practice committed in textbooks procurement
project 2003-2004 (notoriously known as Kasus Buku BP) in Salatiga. This case
is highly political matters. It involves many political and governmental
leaders in Salatiga. Legal process of this case was fail to consider this
situation. The author suggests that the legal process should also proof the
involvement of the intellectual actors of this case.
