Abstract: Indonesia’s
constitution explicitly declare that Indonesia is a legalcountry, law
ingredient Indonesia’s legal development is influenced byEuropean continental
law, anglo saxon, adat law values, that in realitysometimes not synronice with
our ideology of Pancasila’s country, so hatnew thought is desperately needed for
establish Indonesia’s law that ismacht with ideology of Pancasila’s country.
