Abstract: One of the
Constitutional Court’s authority is to declare the dispute ofthe authority
among state’s institutions which authority given byconstitution 1945, one of
the problem is legal standing of state’sinstitutions which is law subject in
authority dispute between them, sothat it is necessary to analyze to make the
criteria of the law subject ofthe dispute authority between state’s
institutions which the authoritygiven by the constitution 1945.
