PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, STRES KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN KOMPENSASI DENGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI
ABSTRACT: The human factor is
one of problem in activity organisation various life. Because the line of
offense or the interaction between the individual, in the organization and technology.
The purpose of this study are to analyzing the influence of leadership, job
stress, work discipline, and compensation to the performance of employees in the
Tax Office Primary Boyolali, and analyzing the most dominant variable affecting
the performance of employees in the KPP Pratama at Boyolali. Sampel is all population
in KPP Pratama at Boyolali as many as 68 employees. Data were collected using a
questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression.The result
showed that there are positive and significant influence between leadership and
employee performance in KPP Pratama at Boyolali, there are negative effects of
job stress on employee performance in KPP Pratama at Boyolali, there are
positive and significant influence between work discipline against an
employee’s performance in KPP Pratama at Boyolali, there are positive and
significant influence between the compensation of an mployee’s performance in KPP Pratama at Boyolali,
and variable leadership of the most dominant influence on the performance of
employees in KPP Pratama at Boyolali. KPP Pratama at Boyolali is one of the
government offices are directly related to public sector researcher therefore
recommends to leadership positions should be to use his power to manage
subordinates in accordance with the conditions that occur in the field,
required good appreciation of material and non material so that employees
become motivated to work so willing to give the best work for the instantion,
to recommended to provide CCTV in each of the rooms in the KPP Pratama at
Boyolali so that leaders can monitor whether their subordinates have been using
the time for works, compensation is recommended to be maintained even if the
necessary further investigation on the performance of employees against the way
the ranking positions as well as job evaluation, in order to ensure that all
employees feel treated fairly, which in turn will improve their performance,
this research is still many shortcomings that need to be reviewed, so that
should be reviewed to find other variables are influence on the performance of employees,
for example: work environment, work motivation, job training and others.
