ABSTRACT: Social psychology
has become deeply involved in promoting good health, preventing and treating
illness, and improving healthcare system. Many neglected social psychological concepts
now need to reconsider to be applied within health care issues. The role
theory, social support, sick role, personal control, communication and interaction
model are needed to revisit.
