Analisis Pengaruh Locus Of Control Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Abstract: This study aimed to
obtain of locus of control on employees performance, analyze the effect of job
stress on employees performance and analyze the effect of locus of control and
job stress on employees performance. This study was conducted at Construction
Services Development Agency (LPJK) Central Java Province in Semarang City with
a sample of 30 employees. In this study, the sample using a questionnaires
consisting of items of statement about the locus of control, job stress and
employee performace. The result of this study is the influence of locus of
control effect to the employee’s performance; there is influence of job stress
on employee performanc; there is influence of locus of control and job stress
on employee performance.
