FAKTOR FAKTOR YANG BRHUBUNGAN DENGAN MOTIVASI PERAWAT DALAM MELANJUTKAN PENDIDIKAN SARJANA KEPERAWATAN DI EKA HOSPITAL PEKANBARU
Abstract: The purpose of study
to see the relationship between financial ability,family support, institutional
support and nurses expectation with the motivation of nurses in continuing
their educational level.This study used a descriptive correlative methods with
a cross sectional approach. The sampels are 65 respondents, which was taken
based on the inclusion criteria, using a purposive sampling technique.This
study use the questionnaire as a measuring tool with aproven validity and
reliability.The results were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The results showed
that there was a significant relationship between financial ability with the motivation of nurses in continuing their
educational level. Nursing p value (0,016) <α (0,05).There is significant
relationship between family support and nursing motivation in continuing
education of Nurshing Scholars p value (0,000) <α (0,05). There is no
corelation between institutional support (p value 0,382) and expectation after
countinuing education ( p value 0,723) with nurse motivation in countinuing
education of Nursing Degree. Based on the results of study, the researcher
suggested the hospital need to stimulate nurse motivation to countinue their
education of Nursing Degree, so that the know`ledge and skill of the nursewill
be developed.
