ASOSIASI FUNGI MIKORIZA ARBUSKULA PADA TANAMAN GAHARU, JENGKOL DAN KARET DI DESA PAK LAHENG KECAMATAN TOHO KABUPATEN MEMPAWAH
ABSTRACT: Planting of
Aquilaria spp in the Pak Laheng village carried around Archidendron pauciflorum
plants and Hevea Brasiliensis. Most of these Aquilaria spp plants are not inoculated
arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) when in the nursery. The problem is whether
the Aquilaria spp plant that is grown around the Archidendron pauciflorum and Hevea
Brasiliensis symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The research purpose :1)
obtain information on the AMF association Aquilaria spp plant that is not
inoculated when in the nursery and 2) obtain presence information AMF and its
association with Archidendron pauciflorum plants and Hevea Brasiliensis plants
are located around the Aquilaria spp plant. The study was conducted in the
village of Pak laheng Mempawah District Subdistrict Toho survey method. Data
collection was conducted on the number of spores in the rhizosphere and root
infection in three species of these plants. Based on this research, it turns
out that Aquilaria spp plant were not inoculated plant has been in symbiosis
with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. The results also indicate that Archidendron pauciflorum
and Hevea Brasiliensis plants located around the Aquilaria spp plant symbiosis
with AMF.
