RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENJADWALAN PRODUKSI PUPUK MENGGUNAKAN METODE EARLIEST DUE DATE PADA PT GEMAH RIPAH LOH JINAWI INDUSTRI
Abstract: PT Gemah Ripah Loh
Jinawi Industries is a company engage in the fertilizer industry, phosphate and
dolomite fertilizers. The Company only accept orders with system orders fromcustomers.
In doing that the production of fertilizers, the company is late in completing
receive orders in this case because the data recording customer orders are not
yet integrate with scheduling production system. In addition to determine
require time to complete the production orders, the company only estimate how
much time the production is done can be complete beforethe due date of a
customer request. From the problems that occur can be solve by using fertilizer
production scheduling application using the method earliest due date (EDD) that
minimizes delays. Application of fertilizer production scheduling applications
using the earliest due date (EDD) is expect to help and able to optimize the
scheduling of production in accordance with the capacity of existing machines,
so that customer orders will be fulfill.
