RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING KINERJA KOLEKTIBILITAS DEBITUR MENUNGGAK PADA PT BANK BTN CABANG SURABAYA
Abstract: With the increasing
number of debtors who do credit activity, PT Bank BTN experiencing credit
constraints in the monitoring activities of the debtor. Currently the
monitoring conducted not as desired management. This was due tothe system
monitoring company could not monitor the number of debtors who are in arrears
per the desired period. From these problems PT Bank BTN requires a monitoring
system that can produce an information in accordance with the desired period,
then be made application performance monitoring debtors collectability. This
monitoring system requires a three indicators as a reference for the evaluation
of the NPL and delinquent debtors. This application is able to produce the
monitoring report delinquent debtors, and the monitoring report of
nonperforming loans that can be used to provide an alternative decision-making
on the management of PT Bank BTN.
