DIGITAL SIGNAGE SISTEM ANTRIAN ELEKTRONIK SECARA INTERAKTIF DAN REAL-TIME MONITORING PADA KOPERASI SETIA BHAKTI WANITA
Abstract: Setia Bhakti Wanita
Cooperative has a many activity, one of them its saving and loan. That activity
already used queue system for set member of queue to saving and loan
transaction. But theproblems for the company its if a server down or
electricity turn off would make queue data dissappeared. The next problem its
consumers getting difficult for perceived an important information at company,
and the last one its consumers difficult to knew number of queue called them.
Based from the problems a company need a reliable system to handle queue data
storage and using a digital signage for consumers to know an informations of
number of queue along an important informations.A report must had improved for
newer queue system to directly knew condition of queue service with a real
time. A report divided to two report, consumer service graph report and average
per serviceconsumer per counter graph report. With a new systems would handle
from server down or electricityturn off because the system saving all data of
queue with a real-time every minutes. Within this system would make a result
for consumers looking after an informations through a Digital Signage Display for
knowing a number of queue and an important informations about a company.
Manager could monitoring after a queue of consumers from a real-time web
applications and knew a report of consumer service graph report and average per
service consumer per counter graph report.
