Peran Guru Bk/Konselor Dan Guru Mata Pelajaran Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Yang Memperoleh Hasil Belajar Rendah
Abstract: This research was
conducted based on the phenomena in the field indicating that the students who got
low achievement in learning were likely to have low motivation in learning.
This research wasaimed at describing the roles of the Guidance and Counseling
teachers and the subject teachers inimproving the learning motivation of the
students getting low learning achievment. In itsimplementation, the Guidance
and Counseling teachers provided the students with information andindividually
counseling service. While the subject teacher guided the students in and out of
the classroom. This way a descriptive quantitative research whose population
was all of Guidance andCounselling teachers and subject teachers in SMA N
Padang. The number of the sample was 30 Guidance and Counseling teachers and 80
subject teachers. The data was collected through questionnaire. The research
finding revealed that the role of the Guidance and Counseling teachersand the
subject teachers in improving the learning motivation of the students who had
low learningachievement.
