Abstrak: The project is an
activity which has a period of time in the process of completion a project
undertaken with careful planning so that the project can be completed with in
the time specified. Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Critical
Path Method (CPM) is a method for optimizing the implementation of the project
so it can be known the time and cost of project completion. In this thesis
purpose to analyzing the optimal target time of the project implementation agency
renovation office building Institution of Social Security employment. And
analyzing the total cost of the project office renovation Institution of Social
Security employment based on the optimal time target
