UPAYA PT. TOTAL E DAN P INDONESIE DALAM KONSERVASI HUTAN MANGROVE DELTA MAHAKAM DI KALIMANTAN TIMUR (2000-2004)
Abstract: The purpose of this
research is to describe and explain the efforts of Total E and P on Delta
Mahakam Conservation in East Kalimantan (2000 – 2004). The type of research is
qualitative descriptive that describe and explain Total E and P Indonesie
efforts on Mahakam Delta Conservation in East Kalimantan. The results of this
study suggest that the efforts of PT . Total E and P Indonesie to conserve
mangrove forests Mahakam Delta is by conducted mangrove tree seedlings planted
in the damaged areas, to educate more people in the region about the importance
of mangrove forests for the public in Mahakam Delta region. PT Total also
cooperates with the relevant institutions for the preservation of mangrove
forests in the Mahakam Delta in East Kalimantan.
