PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN PEMUTUSAN HUBUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN TAMBANG BATU BARA PT. RYAN EKA PRATAMA SAMBOJA
Abstrack: This study aims to
determine how much influence the policy of termination of employment with the
motivation and discipline of work to employees. The study consists of three
variables: the dependent variable work motivation and discipline and
independent variables that policy termination. Sampling technique using Random
Sampling. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Ryan Eka Pratama 115
people. Data analysis technique used is the test method of multivariate
analysis.
The results showed there is significant influence between policy
termination of employment and work motivation with the value f count = 1.864 (f
count>f table = 1.748) and p = 0.020 (p <0.050) and there is significant
influence between policy termination of employment and labor discipline with
the value of f count = 2.795 (f count> f table = 1.748) and p = 0.000 (p
<0.050), which means the higher the policy of termination of employment, the
higher the motivation and discipline of employees, conversely the lower the
policy of termination of employment then the lower the motivation and
discipline of employees.
