HUBUNGAN ATRAKSI INTERPERSONAL SISWA TERHADAP GURU DAN MANAJEMEN WAKTU DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 3 SAMARINDA
Abstract: This research
aimedtodetermine the relations amonginterpersonal attraction of students to
teachersand time management withlearning motivation on students of SMA Negeri 3
Samarinda. This research usedquantitative method. The sample inthis
studyinclude86 students. Data collecting methodusedlearning motivation scale,
interpersonal attraction scale, andtime management scalewithLikert scalemodel.
The datacollected were analyzedwithregression analysiswith thehelp of the
programStatistical Packagefor SocialSciences (SPSS) 20.0forWindows7.
These results indicatethatthere is a highly significant
relationshipamonginterpersonal attractionandtime managementtoward learning
motivation on thestudents ofSMA Negeri 3 SamarindawithR = 0,876; F
hitung=136,249(F hitung>Ftabel =3,11); R2= 0,767; andp=0,000(p<0,005). In
addition, fromthe results ofthe regressionanalysissimple modelshowed thatthere
is a positive significant relationshipbetween interpersonal attraction toward
learning motivation with beta = 0,162; t hitung = 2,035 (t hitung < t tabel
= 1,990); dan p = 0,045 (p < 0,05). Then, the simple regression analysis
result on time management toward learning motivation indicated that there is a
positive and highly significant relationship with beta = 0,936; t hitung =
10,686 (t hitung > t tabel = 1,990), dan p = 0.000 (p < 0,05).
