ANALYSIS OF HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEMS IMPLEMENTATION (CASE STUDY ON ASTON HOTEL JEMBER JL.SENTOT PRAWIRODIRJO 88, JEMBER)
ABSTRACT: This research
objectives are to : Implementation of human resource information system,
effectiveness of human resource information systems, problems faced by the
human resources information system. Research results show that: the application
of appropriate HRIS influence on employee performance. HRIS employees run the
effective and efficient. If the application of HRIS does not match the
employee's performance was not effective and efficient. Therefore, Aston Jl.
Sentot Prawirodirjo 88, Jember should the hotel management has always strive to
support the employee in an effort to maintain good relations between employees
in the company, so that policies on human resources information system can be
run in accordance with the conditions set by the company
