PROSEDUR PEMEKARAN DESA BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 6 TAHUN 2014 DI TINJAU DARI ASPEK OTONOMI DAERAH DI DESA SIGAPOKNA KECAMATAN SIBERUT BARAT KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN MENTAWAI PROPINSI SUMATERA BARAT
ABSTRACT: The expansion of
village is are way to distribute development and improve social welfare. The formulation
of problem in this rescarch were (1) Haw was the mechanism of the expansion of village
at Sigapokna village, (2) what the obstacles may affect the implementation of
theexpansion at Sigapokna village, and (3) What efforts were done in the
implementation of theexpansion at Sigapokna village. The method used in this
rescarct was a sociological law thatis legal rescarct conducted by examining
the librali data or secondary data. The result of thisrecarcht showed that the
mechanism in expansion Sigapokna village was the public initiativeto split
themselves trough a process of public aspirations. The obstacles affected the
processof the expansion of Sigapokna village were the political element and
there was a tug ofinterest between parties who wanted to separate themselves
with the parent region. Theefforts were being mode in the axpantion of this
village were increating potential and human resources to build the
infrastructure service in order to improve the wefare of the local community.
