Abstract: Authority as a
notary deed officials authentic regulated in Law Number 30 Year 2004 concerning
Notary. Sometimes found deed made by the notary indication of criminal acts
.Problems raised in this thesis are: 1 ) What are the causes of crime
indication of notary deed ? 2 ) How is the responsibility of the notary to act
authentically made and indications of crime ? 3 ) What are the legal
implications of actions that show crime? This study uses normative juridical
approach . This study examines the Decision No. 225 / Pid.B / 2010 and Decision
No. 370 / Pid.B / 2013. Data were collected by the documentary study. Data were
analyzed qualitatively. The results showed : 1 ) Notary less closely examine
the supporting documents; 2 ) Causes of criminal indications are lacking
professionalism and integrity of the notary , and the lack of community
participation . 3 ) Act authentic with the criminal counterfeiting indication
must be canceled by operation of law , so authentic act itself cannot be used
by people who want to abuse the authentic act itself .
