PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM WANITA DISABILITAS DALAM CONVENTION ON THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES 2011 DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA DIINDONESIA
Abstract: People with
disability or persons with a difference in the capacity often known with the
term difable ( differently abled people ) , people with disability arranged in
crpd ( convention on the rights of persons with disabilities . ) .The form of
of the protection of law of people with disabilities in indonesia there are on
bill no 19 2011 .Formulation trouble is 1 ) how legal protection woman with
disability in crpd 2011 and it is implemented in indonesia , and 2 ) how
efforts the set of woman with disability indonesia to gain legal protection in
indonesia 3 whether barriers that they encountered in guarantee protection to
people with a disability Research methodology used is the method juridical
sociological, in which there is a source of primary and secondary data to
technique data collection through study documents and interview to the mother
of maulani rotinsulu as the head of the set of woman with disability indonesia
in qualitative.Based on the research done 1 ) legal protection woman with
disability in crpd 2011 and it is implemented in indonesia not implemented
well, because the government or the community besides people with disability
can not implement regulations to disabled people, 2 ) an attempt the set of
