Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah Adat Pada Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) Limau Manis Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang
ABSTRAK: Indonesia is a
country that has a pluralistic society , composed of various ethnicities ,
tribes , customs and culture . One of them contained in the Minangkabau people
of West Sumatra province and have their own custom rules regarding regulation ,
control and use their communal lands within the community , that is known as
Nagari communal land , communal land Tribe , The communal land and communal
land Rajo . Any dispute concerning communal land is settled by an institution
called Adat density . Formulation of the problem : 1 ) How can indigenous land
dispute resolution processes through Adat density Sweet Lemons Pauh District of
Padang ? 2 ) obstacles that arise in the process of dispute resolution customary
land on Sweet Lemons Adat density ?. This research is a sociological or
empirical laws . Sources of data from primary data and secondary data .
Techniques of collecting data obtained through interviews .1 ) settlement of
disputes conducted pursuant to all applicable customs . Any dispute must be
resolved bajanjang land rose , batonggo down , starting from the environment ,
and tribal environmental Adat density , settled amicably . Dispute resolution
process consists of several stages which consist of : a) Filing a lawsuit
against the density of Adat , b ) trial , c ) Fieldwork , d ) Decision-making .
