PENERAPAN PERATURAN WALIKOTA PADANG NOMOR 21 TAHUN 2013 TENTANG ANGKUTAN MASSAL TRANS PADANG DALAM MENETAPKAN STANDAR PELAYANAN MINIMAL
Abstract: TRANS Padang is a
mass transportation modes that can help community activities Padang city,
practical and modern in its execution based on standard service Dishubkominfo
the minimial Number 21 Perwako set year 2013. Formulation of the problem: 1).
How the implementation of the minimum service standard mass transit Department
of transportation Trans Padang, communications and Informatics based on the
regulations of the city of Padang Padang Mayor Number 21, 2013 2). What
obstacles faced Department of transport, communications and Informatics in
carrying out minimum service standard based on rules of the Mayor of Padang
Number 21 by 2013, 3). what efforts overcoming obstacles in the implementation
of minimum service standard mass transit. Research methods the writer use in
the writing of this thesis is the sociological legal research i.e. research
conducted directly into the field by means of the study documents, observation
and interviews to obtain primary data, the data collected in the analysis with
qualitative analysis. The result of the research results is 1). Dishubkominfo
has been carrying out minimum service standard in accordance with Perwako
Number 21 years 2013 and Dishubkominfo adds tools for payment rates using
string Debit card from your Bank BRI card type BRIZZI., 2). Obstacles faced
such as human resources, equipment/facilities support tasks, the unavailability
of special lanes for Trans field, limitations of the number of fleet, 3).
Efforts to overcome the constraints of training namely soft skill to HUMAN
RESOURCES in the environment field, the addition of Trans UPT
equipment/facilities supporting work on the UPT Trans field, the addition of a
special line for Trans field, the addition of a number of Trans fleet field.
