PELAYANAN ASURANSI KESEHATAN BAGI PESERTA BPJS DI PUSKESMAS (Studi kasus : Puskesmas Kuranji, Kecamatan Kuranji)
ABSTRACT: BPJS Health as the
provider must cooperate with the first-level health facilities in the provision
of health care to participants BPJS. Problems studied is: 1) How is the
implementation of health insurance by the BPJS at community health centers
kuranji, kuranji subdistric?. 2) What are the obstacles faced by the BPJS
participants in Ministry of health insurance by the BPJS at community health
centers kuranji? The research method used was Socio Legal Research, primary
data from interviews with the clinic and the 10 participants BPJS and then
primary data and secondary data were analyzed qualitatively. 1) The survey
results revealed participants complained BPJS health services provided by the
health center Kuranji, especially in the provision of drugs which are less
adequate, the lack of a sense of responsibility in the conduct of physicians
health services to participants of the BPJS, as well as the lack of socialization
about the BPJS health. 2) Obstacles faced a drug stock is less for health care
supplies, as well as the lack of understanding of the people about the
procedures of the health ministries as a first-level health facilities.
