PELAKSANAAN UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 25 TAHUN 2007 TENTANG PENANAMAN MODAL DALAM RANGKA PENGEMBANGAN INVESTASI ASING DI SUMATERA BARAT
Abstract: National development
in Indonesia pervades physical and spiritual condition. By the act number. 25
the year of 2007 is expected could have a role in reality on the economical
development west sumatera. The problem are 1) How is the process of
implementation of the financial capital investment by isolate investor in West
Sumatera, 2) The obstacles that is dealed by BKPMP and isolate investor for
implementation of foreign financial capital in west sumatera, 3) What are the
efforts that is done by BKPMP and foreign investor for coping foreign financial
investment in West Sumatera. The research method uses a sociological judicial
that is based by primary and secondary data by technique of data collecting
through interviewing and documentary study of subid staff. Service of financial
capital investment as well as foreign investor delegation of PT. Sumatera
Tropical Spices. The research result as: Process of implementation of financial
capital through a way, Industrialist license treatment and local license. The
constraint that is face bu BKPMP and Investor for foreign investment
development in West Sumatera, that is: incentive minimalitation itself, the
less of people resources, as well as less of coordination between central
government and province government, regerency/town. For all the problem could
be summarized that UUPMA has bee submissive and be prospected could attract
investor, supply of infrastructure, investment opportunity and simplicity of
PMA procedure along with policy of area supply for necessity of foreign
financial capital implementation in Indonesia.
