Abstract: The purpose of
ensuring that the public health insurance benefit and the maintenance. BPJS is
a statutory body set up to organize the guarabtee program.Problem studied, How
is the implementation of the health insurance program by BPJS Adnan WD Hospital
in Payakumbuh?,What are the constraints found in the field?, Are the efforts in
solving the problems found in the field?. The method used is the juridical
sociological to obtain primary data and secondary data, qualitative data
analysis method. The result of the study, flow of execution of services at the
hospital health care facilities should be started from the first level, issue
such patients do not understand about the flow of execution of services at the
hospital,the drugs outside purchased BPJS dues, Less good hospital services.
Obtacles for hospital such as the lack of medical personnel medicine,
unavailability of drugs, full inpatient room, a technology that error. Effort
to overcome this problems, the lack of medical personnel by contracting outside
doctors, to socialize, to be replaced outside the drug purchase payment, full
hospitalization to refer the patient to another hospital.
