Abstract: Attorney General's
Office are given the authority to carry out an investigation to investigators
and corruption. Authorities that was given to the public prosecutors to carry
out an investigation in accordance with Law Number 16 Year 2004 about the
Public Prosecutor. The problems that will be discussed is: (1) How corruption
investigation which will be done by the Attorney of Tuapejat on In Mentawai
Islands? (2) What is hindrances that were faced by by the Investigators in
corruption probe the country Judiciary Tuapejat on the Mentawai Islands?

research. Results of research: (1) for the corruption criminal investigation
which will be done by the Prosecutor Office investigator Tuapejat on land,

The invitation to the witness / experts / suspects (P-9), examination of
witnesses, the experts and the suspect, efforts to force them that can be done
by the investigators, Case and handed over the case, the suspect and evidence.
(2) Hindrances that were faced by by the Prosecutor Office investigator
