PELAKSANAAN PEMENUHAN HAK ANAK DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN ANAK KLAS IIB TANJUNG PATI, KABUPATEN 50 KOTA
Abstract: The fulfillment of
the rights of children during their formation in Child Correctional Institution
Klas IIB Tanjung Pati, Kabupaten 50 kota set in Article 14 paragraph ( 1 ) of
Law Number 12 Year 1995 regarding Correctional Institution, among others, the
rights that have been fulfilled but the fact Penitentiary yet fulfill the right
to education and good health services that have been mandated by the Act. In
formulating research problems are 1) how the implementation of the fulfillment
of child rights in Child Correctional Institution Klas IIB Tanjung Pati,
Kabupaten 50 Kota? 2) Are the obstacles encountered by officers Correctional
Institution in fulfilling the rights of children at the Institute of Child
Correctional Institution Klas IIB Tanjung Pati, Kabupaten 50 Kota? 1. Research
approach used is the juridical sociological. Source of data used are primary
data and secondary data 2. The data collection technique by conducting interviews
and document study, data analyzed qualitatively. Conclusions 1) findings is
right has been fulfilled but still less where the deficiency between the Other
rights in Education and health services. 2) Officers constraints hearts fulfill
the rights of the Child is the lack of skills of Special Education Special or
given to the Institution correctional officer, so that prisons cooperate with
the government agencies concerned to bring people into the teaching and others.
