PENGUNAAN KRIMINALISTIK BAGI PENYIDIK DALAM MENGUNGKAP TINDAK PIDANA PEMBUNUHAN DI WILAYAH POLRESTA PADANG
ABSTRAK: Criminal has a role
to prove a crime has happened , who did it , how the crime was committed and
how the perpetrators ( criminals ) with applicable law . Formulation of the
problem 1 ) how the role of investigator and obstacles in revealing the crime
of murder in the Police Padang Padang Police jurisdiction . 2 ) whether the
obstacles faced in using krimilaslistik investigators to uncover the crime of
murder in the desert region of Police . This type of research that is in use is
a juridical sociological research . Data sources comprised primary and
secondary data obtained primary data interviews , secondary data obtained from
research studies document . 1 ) Medical science and judicial life also plays an
important role in the investigation in order to get the answer of the question
in truth given and the science of fingerprints is essential to support the
Criminal science , because the science of fingerprints left by a valid evidence
to take one action charges against the suspect in the face of the trial court .
2 ) Barriers faced by investigators a. Loss of evidence at the scene , b . The
low legal awareness , c . The limited facilities and infrastructure , d . The
limited number of personnel , e . Less cost , f . Lack of
patience,terms.interrogation,officer.
