PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KONFLIK TERHADAP HUBUNGAN ORANG SULIT DENGAN TEAMWORK
ABSTRACT: This study explains
more specifcally about three types of diffcult people that represent
active-passivebehavior form found on work life, followed by conflict management
prediction which should be used to handleit. Types of diffcult people used in
this research were hostile/aggressive, know-it-all and super-agreeable. This
research conducted to 102 respondents who areworking on a team and have
supervisor or managers to determine the effect of conflict management towardsteamwork
involving diffcult people. By using regression analysis, this research found
that know-it-all people negatively affect the teamwork while hostile/aggressive
does not affect the teamwork. Super-agreeable people indicated less negative
impact toward teamwork if moderated by cooperative managemen conflict style,while
know-it-all people indicated more negative impact towards teamwork if managed
by competitive management conflict style.
