ABSTRACT: Children are gift
from God The Almighty that need to be
watched, loved and educated with all heart, because it is the responsibility of
parents and the community from the milestone process up to adults. But in fact now
many children become the victims of crime, not only victimized by the stranger
or someone they dont know, but also
victimized by the closest people called parents. The thing that need to be
considered is how people who have become
criminals to their own child not only given severe sanctions, but also still be
given the duty to educate and raise their children as one of her
responsibilities as parent.
