KONTRAK KERJA SAMA PT. ANGKASA PURA II (PERSERO) DENGAN MASKAPAI PENERBANGAN GARUDA AIRLINE DALAM SEWA MENYEWA RUANGAN DI BANDARA INTERNASIONAL MINANGKABAU (BIM)
Abstract: Angkasa Pura II
company, Ltd. Committed a cooperation contract with Garuda Airline in rooms
leasing at MinangKabau International Airport (MIA). The cases that are
discussed by the writer in this study are 1) How is the implementation of the
cooperation contract between Angkasa Pura II company, Ltd. And Garuda Airline?
2) What are the problems in the rooms leasing between Angkasa Pura II company,
Ltd. And Garuda Airline? The approach method was sociological juridical. Data
resources were primary and secondary data. The data collecting technique was by
using interview and study of documentation. The data management was done
descriptively and analyzed qualitatively. The implementation of cooperation
contract between Angkasa Pura II company, Ltd. And Garuda Airline was by :
Angkasa Pura II company, Ltd. Informed about work facilities in airline
service; the problems that arose in rooms leasing between Angkasa Pura II
company. Ltd. And Garuda Airline were the use of rooms leasing fee and
electricity, water, and other facilities fee from the colleagues. The conclusion
was Angkasa Pura II company, Ltd. And Garuda Airline committed a cooperation
contract well.
