DAMPAK SELF EFFICACY, NEED FOR ACHIEVEMENT, RELASI DENGAN SESAMA, DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP MOTIVASI UNTUK BELAJAR DAN EFEKNYA PADA PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA STIE YKPN YOGYAKARTA

ABSTRACT: This research examines self effcacy, need for achievement, peer-to-peer relationship and locus of control effect towards student motivation to learn which will affect to student’s achievement. 251 college student participated in this research are the student who followed short-term semester. This research indicates that self effcacy, need for achievement, peer-to-peer relationship and locus of control positively influence student motivation to learn. Self effcacy is also positively affect student achievement. However, student achievement is not affected by motivation to learn.
