PENGARUH TERAPI PSIKOSPIRITUAL TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN PRE OPERASI DI RUANG MELATI III RSUP DR SOERADJI TIRTONEGORO KLATEN
Abstract: Treatment
preoperasi is an early stage of
preoperasi care. The success of the surgery starts this phase. Preoperasi
treatment includes preoperasi integral assessment of the patient's functions
include physical function, biological and psychological. Patients who will have
surgery experience anxiety due to surgery is a potential or actual threat to
the integrity of someone who can evoke physiological and psychological stress.
To overcome the patient's anxiety experienced so that patients will undergo
surgery psycho spiritual therapy can be given before surgery.
Objectives: This study generally aims to find out whether there is
influence of psycho spiritual therapy with the
anxiety level of preoperasi patient in Ruang Melati III RSUP Dr, Soeradji
Tirtonegoro Klaten.
Method : This research is an experimental research with comparative
research design approach statistical group
(Pre-test - Post test With the Control Group), which aims to know the
effect psycho spiritual therapy with anxiety levels at preoperasi's patient in
Bangsal Bedah RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. The population in this
research is patients admitted in Bangsal Bedah and will undergo moderate to
major surgery. Sample in this study were 30 people divided into two groups namely
the treatment group and control group respectively - the groups consisting of
15 people.
Result : The results showed that
patients experienced stress when he knew would be operated and stress
experienced by the patient cause anxiety in patients. In the treatment group
after getting the psycho spiritual therapy, patients had decreased anxiety when
will the surgery while the control group who did not get psycho spiritual
therapy most patients have increased anxiety.
Conclusion : There is the influence of psycho spiritual therapy with anxiety levels of patients preoperasi, in
this study anxiety influenced by several factors namely sex, age, education and
employment.
