HUBUNGAN STRES KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN KELENGKAPAN DOKUMENTASI PROSES KEPERAWATAN GAWAT DARURAT DI RSUD PANEMBAHAN SENOPATI BANTUL
Abstract: Nursing
documentation is form of nursing activity expressing quality of treatment,
which applicable for responsibility and acountability to all executed actions.
But this would be difficult to reach if there any obstruction factor as work
stress. In RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul, work stress is susceptible problem
faced by nurses.
Purpose: To know the relation between nurse work stress and documentation
completeness of emergency nursing process in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul .
Research method: This research applies descriptive explorative
observational method with cross-sectional planning. Research subject were
nurses who work in Emergency Room (ER), Intensive of Care Unit (ICU), and
operation room (IBS) whom taken with surfeited sampling technique.
Result: Relation test between nurse work stress and documentation
completeness of emergency nursing process conducted using Chi square test (X2)
resulting 7,739 as X2 value with p-value 0,021, and contingency coefficient
value is 0,426. The p value is smaller than 0,05 (alpha value) so that Ho
refused and Ha is accepted, this means that there is significant relationship
between nurse work stress and documentation completeness of emergency nursing
process in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul with medium relationship.
Conclusion: There is significant relationship between nurse work stress
with documentation completeness of emergency nursing process in RSUD Panembahan
Senopati Bantul with medium relationship.
